Bought my cooker from Genesis, one I had not been able to obtain. Good communication from them along with photos of the cooker. Living in the southwest was not a problem and the carrier fee was not extortionate. Excellent service, followed up by two after-calls to check cooker had arrived.
Thank you Genesis for your great customer service which can be a rarity nowadays.
