No idea at the moment, bought a car and declined the addon from the RAC and then when I got home I realised that GEM does not have any automated website to allow purchases on the weekend.
Use of the car would probably be ok with nothing to worry about, but would have been nice to get cover from when I had bought the car :)
Will probably update if I need to use their service.
One thing I did like was the cover of illness or injury which none of the others seem to cover
