It's the first time we have had to use GEM and we had such a positive service. Having broken down on the A30, our car had completely died, after having a conversation with the GEM representative, we were met by a brilliant technician within the time stated. Our car was not repairable at the scene so we were driven with car to the nearest recovery garage at Hillfield at Oakhapmpton. The service provided was second to none. As our car was not repairable we were able to "borrow" a car to continue our journey back to the West Midlands. Just a few days later our car was delivered to us and the borrowed car was returned.
