Received letter stating the actual cost of the change would be £550 extra! Insurance may look cheap at first but avoid this company at all costs. Go with a reputable company. Do not use these penny pinching tossers. Poor customer services. Partner left in tears with the costs they add to which are not made clear. £120 new business fee outweighs any administration fees i have ever come across with a company in my life.
