Honestly some of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
I renewed my policy thinking it would save me money but surprise surprise the next month, my premium DOUBLED! I then wanted to cancel my policy as it would be cheaper to insure elsewhere, and have been left with hundreds of pounds of hidden charges. They said they would send me a cancellation breakdown to explain these charges which never came and then after no word for 3 months, I get a final warning letter!
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!
