“I have always found Wicked Quotes to be fair and competitive. So, surprised to read some of the other reviews here. I have always found the staff to be polite and professional and due to bike changes, sometimes speak to them several times a year. I have been insured with this company since they took over my previous insurer and have never felt ‘scammed’. In 2015 I had a claim and was well supported. It is worth mentioning that, if you are even on cover for 24 hours: You are on risk. So if you cancel, it will cost you a disproportionate amount. You can’t simply divide-up the annual policy cost. This would apply to ANY insurance policy and you are not being scammed. If you are asked to prove NCB within a certain time, then that’s what you have to do. No you are not different. I do not work for Wicked Quotes or have any friends or family connection. Call waiting times aside: They don’t deserve much of the criticism written in these reviews. Their phones are busy for a reason. I’m about to phone them now.
