"We insured with the co-op and when the car was damaged by a third party paid a deposit of \u00a3350 when we reported the accident even though our insurance was fully comprehensive. The other party accepted full liability in the middle of August. We have not had our 'deposit' returned as of today, 19th October. The repair was unsatisfactory which we reported in full over the phone and despite promising that this would be fixed we have heard nothing further. The car was in the repair shop for more than two weeks and although a replacement car was included in our cover, none was provided. We will NEVER insure with Co-op insurance again. Although we have requested the refund of our deposit over the phone and in writing we have still not been repaid and have heard nothing from our insurers.\r\n\r\nNB. I have had to review 'food' to submit this review even though it is not applicable!"
