Awful customer service, people don't listen or value you as a customer. 6 weeks no correspondence to my emails or calls. Let alone acknowledging my complaint. Kept in dark about claim.
Awful company. Stay away from Esure Group. Everything is chat or email awful. Call centres are not based in UK and very difficult to comprehend what agent is saying. CEO of ESURE needs to know!!!
