told me excess was 200, which it isn't, its 100. After checking they agreed and someone would call within 48 hours. they called and told me my excess was 300, despite me having the documents in front of me saying in black and white that contents insurance is 100. they said they will ha e to check that. I scanned and emailed this to them. still waiting for a reply.
