Absolutely disgraceful company, and such a shame the name of RAC is being put to such a lousy business, They literally robbed my 19 year old son of £170 to cancel a policy The black box business is a scam which I've heard lots of other people tell me about. They purposely phone you to tell you of a slight issue (usually emissions) with your vehicle and then no further contact is made, its only when you try to claim that they tell you your policy is void as you took no action with the tiny fault on your car, they do it to all young drivers to get out of paying claims. They are the worst company ive ever had the displeasure to deal with. Thieves, liars and out and out crooks
