Told my claim was settled with no cost to me and no claims discount not affected. Told to book in with repairer and book courtesy car. When I booked was told I would have to pay excess first. Used live chat and was told everything was paid and rebook. Again told excess to be paid. Complained 10 days ago , no reply to date. 6 months since I made the claim. Other party admitted liability . So what's the delay and why us one department saying ok and another not. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER PLEASE.
