Took out home insurance for my daughter which seemed to be good value, never had to claim so not sure if they are any good if there are any problems.
However they automatically renew the policy each year and it is virtually impossible to stop the renewal. When you phone up you spend 15 minutes on an automated system but cannot get through to a person to confirm. Took me 51 phone calls and about five hours to get through and still no email to confirm policy has been cancelled. Had to go to bank to put a stop on any more direct debits coming out.
