I have been using the pet health subscription for Flea and Tick treatment it is a Monthly treatment plan. They keep taking the wrong subscription amount and at first the product arrived weeks late and now not at all. No one answers the customer service phone, the live chat doesn't work and my account on line can't be accessed. There seems to be no way to cancel it that actually works.
