Right hand doesn`t know what the left hand is doing. Charged twice, still waiting for refund for their mistake ! Also told I was on automatic RENEW , I have never been. I have insured through P. Direct for the last 4/5 years But after all the Mistakes this year, I will not be using them again. Where is my refund ????
