Wouldnot use again would rather pay extra to insure policy was there and that funds were being taken on the day arranged. This did not happen received threatening emails regarding my no claims document which I had already sent. Additionally I had arranged for my direct debit to be taken out on a set day which it didn't when I called to query this was poor service and a hassle to change which inevitably caused me to pay the lot because I no longer trusted that payments would be made. Appalling and time consuming found it extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone and when I did they did not fill me with confidence.
