Before you get through the automated line you have to give postcode - date of birth and payment option so they can find policy - get through to customer services who ask for all the same information to find my policy and then agent doesn’t even sound like he knows what he was doing - changed my mind about renewal as if this is your renewal team - what would your claims department be like !
