Disgruntled
Sent me an email asking for information regarding name, vehicle registration, useage etc. This was AFTER I'd taken out the policy. Surely they have this information to provide the quote and certificate? This email went to my spam folder, and 7 days later they cancelled my insurance policy. Trying to get through on the phone is impossible and this has been VERY expensive. I've had to insure my vehicle with another company and I'm still waiting for a refund (which obviously won't be for anywhere near the full amount! In 30 years of driving and insuring vehicles (including a fleet of vans) I've never, ever experienced this. Customer service has gone to S*** these days, and I'm going back to paying for my insurance through a broker. My mistake for buying the cheapest policy during a cost of living crisis!!
