Wouldn’t use again, we have changed providers at renewal date. Igo4 extended the insurance without asking us if we needed it. We did not ask or require this and now we are being charged for this. I have been asked twice to provide proof that we have insurance, which I have sent twice. We have now been referred to debt collection because I refused to pay for something I did not ask for or require. Disgusting behaviour not just at this time but at any time.
