I am only giving igo4 a 2 star rating as within the first month they have managed to upset me. When purchasing the insurance I didn't know the name of the company who would be financing it so when i had a strange name on my direct debit list i cancelled it as I was tired and afraid it was a scam. I was charged £30for non payment of insurance!!! I thought they would set up the d/d again but didn't , they never wrote to tell me that it was their direct debit that has been cancelled and as I have been working many hours as a key worker forgot about it, until they sent me an email a few days after the d/d was due. When I called to put things right I was told by the finance team that it was igo4 who put the charge on but igo4 told me it was down to the finance company this took well over 45 mins!!! Which was in my break I was not best pleased by the end as I was told that neither would waiver the £30 . So thank you to both igo4 and the finance I am now going to have to work another shift to pay for it!!!
