I have tried to contact iGO4 as I recently purchased a car insurance policy from them. There was no ‘welcome letter’. I have mo policy number and no documentation. When I ask all they ever do is send me this: Thank you for your email. This is an automated email, please do not respond. “If you are contacting us because your policy is due for renewal, you can view and manage your renewal options, including viewing your renewal invitation in your online account. Just login here https://www.igo4.com/my-policy” Unfortunately, i can’t login without a policy number. NIGHTMARE! If this is how they treat new customers, heaven knows how they would deal with a claim.
