iG04 have given my name to debt collectors for payment of a car insurance policy that was started 4 days after I had moved permanently to an EU country. I had telephoned them previously to advise them of this. IG04 told me I was lying and said I had to pay for a year’s insurance of a car which is insured in the EU and has a different number plate. Any advisor I have managed to talk to just intimates that I am a liar. Over 18 months later I am still receiving threats from debt collectors. I have contacted the company by live chat, email and telephone but they just insist that I have to pay for a year’s insurance on a car that is in the EU with a different number plate.
