Initial sign up was great, renewal experience, has been very different. I was told if I had seen a better price to go else where. Then the manager hung up my call, she didn’t want to give me broker contact details. The agent ( I won’t include names) and manager was so unhelpful and unbothered. I think they have forgotten ‘customer service’. My renewal had only dropped by £10 a month! I’m still waiting for a call about my renewal date and this was with complaints. Not seen service this bad ever.
