We had to claim in December, no one came out to sort out the plumbing issue, correspondence is poor and cannot get through on the phone, e mails not answered for days. Claim still not sorted even though we have been given a settlement figure and a deadline to reply or the claim will be dismissed.
Have now put contractors on hold to do the repair work caused by water damage.
