New to buildings insurance, picked Hone Protect for claiming to provide the same cover as elsewhere for half the cost.
Complete nightmare.
Never, ever again.
When my contents insurance came up fur renewal this year I shopped around- Hone Protect was again the cheapest at around half the price of all others.
No chance.
I renewed and stayed with my original contents insurer.
I’d rather pay DOUBLE the monthly costs to know if I need to claim I won’t get the completely shameless avoidance tactics and bullying than pay half the cost for a con!
