Having been with Healthy Pets for 11 years and only ever making 1 claim prior to my current claim I am appalled at the shockingly poor service I am currently receiving from them. My cat was poorly on the 6th April and I submitted my claim to Healthy Pets on the 12th April, on the 19th I received a generic email saying my claim was with the assessors and I would have a reply within 10 working days. Here we are 24 working days and a few phone calls later and still no settlement. This morning I have received an email saying they require further information from my vets and if they DO NOT receive a response within 14 days they will close the claim and I will have to start the whole process again. Seriously!! DO NOT USE this company.. Shocking poor service.
