I think the black box is far too sensitive. I won't renew with them as I feel they are taking advantage of people.
My concern is, and it is demonstrated by a lot of the comments is that as an insurance company they are going to hide behind the statistics. The data tells us this and the data tells us that. This is very dangerous ground as a consumer to be hearing.
