People need to be aware of this company, the phone app has no facility to cancel your policy. They are extremely difficult to get hold of via telephone (my experience). £45 cancellation fee, plus an additional months premium if you are even one day into it. The experience that I have had with this company was very bad, they make it difficult to leave them and have all sorts of charges that are not well advertised. Sometimes the cheapest quote is not always the cheapest. I am a very unhappy consumer as I feel I have been badly misled. I complaint is being registered with the company and I will also be taking the matter up with the Ombusman.
