After several attempts to contact Hastings by the renewal number given - one over 25mins no answer One at 35mins which was answered only to be immediately cut off I have now decided not to renew. Come on Hastings your CUSTOMERS shouldn't have to wait more than 10mins to speak someone!! Just realised I still need to speak with someone to cancel. Ho I have a second policy coming up for renewal -guess what Won't be renewing that one either.
