I dealt with Paresh via the phone and he was extremely helpful. I had lots of questions about different policies and logistics, which he was more than happy to help with.
His customer service and patience was probably the best I have ever received, I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for his fantastic work with me and help renewing my policy.
