I tried to update the insurance once my son had passed his test. The online account said everything was updated but when I went back in several days later the changes were not there. This happened several times. There is no way of contacting them as the phone is permanently busy with wait times of over an hour and the message facility does not get answered. I eventually took my son off the policy in Feb which said it would now only cost £33 pm but I am still waiting for that change to happen having been charged £80 for the last two months. I have tried to update my bank details with no luck as the system ‘saves’ them but when you check it’s not there. I got a message to say there is an error with my driving data and I messaged them back to say it’s in the garage waiting for my daughter to learn to drive so not in use at the moment and the policy has now been cancelled with an additional charge of £79. Would like to say it’s user error but my husband and son have also had the same problem trying to update the details. Would be great if you never needed to contact them or update your policy
