Absolutely shocking..keep transferring from 1 department to another to another to another..very very rude..my son wanted to put in a complaint and woman hung up on him..Absolutely disgusting person..looking into how we might take them to small claims court now..and how to get copies of telephone recordings..hope karma gets the people that work for them, big time!!
