Despite having three witnesses and cctv evidence of a workman damaging my daughter’s car, they are still refusing to cooperate, refusing to offer a courtesy car, refusing to do anything seemingly. Ten hours on the phone has resulted in being passed from pillar to post, never speaking to the same person twice, often being lied to so they can get you off the phone. Avoid this company like the plague!
