I put a claim into hastings direct back in August for a leak in my bathroom , where the floor has been damaged I have made over 10 phone calls and still don’t have anything fixed I am unable to use my bath or shower at all!! I have complained several times to the complaints team and they promise me that someone will be in touch to fix said problem which they have already accessed and agreed claim it’s now nearly the end of Oct and still nothing has been done and I’ve paid £350 for the privilege of an unacceptable service ! I’m now going to the ombudsman! Never again will I use this company!
