In this instance I feel Grove and Dean provided a very poor service.
I cancelled my car insurance renewal 14 days before my existing policy expired.
Despite this period of cancellation before renewal, I still had the first payment of the next
policy stopped from my bank account. Also the reason for cancellation was due to your over inflated
renewal quote, by far and away one of the most expensive I had received
