Extra charges for everything, I recently joined and was disappointed that when I swapped my reg number I was made to call twice, spend 1.5 hours on hold, be told by the first person this had to be done online, then learn it couldn't be, the second agent then sorted it for me and charged £50 for the privilege.......not great
