Disappointed - Really great insurance offer online but then had three attempts to purchase my new insurance which failed (reason unknown as had sufficient funds in account) website gave no explanation just a number to call. Called number and the advisor I got was extremely abrupt and just rude due to this I purchased car insurance through another provider. Very disappointed with the customer service received.
