I bought this product today not realising that I had somehow selected the roadside cover. On reading through the documents, it stated that I could cancel this roadside cover with a refund in full of the premium.
When talking to an agent, I was told this cover was standard with my policy and could not be removed although the letter said otherwise.
If I wanted to cancel the whole insurance policy then I would have to pay a £25 fee.
