Called 3 times on consecutive days to get through to someone, average hold time 45+minutes.
Did a quote online had to verify and Continue payment via phone, to which I was charged an extra £25 that can't be wavered.
So the quote I received online that I was happy with ended up not being honours as had to do it through an agent.
Despite this issue the agent that I spoke to on the phone was very understanding and helpful.
