They don’t listen to you! Loyalty means nothing at all!! Your insurance renewal quotes do not reflect their appreciation to customers for them to stay!! Two years I have been with them and last year not by choice!! This years (3rd) is higher than last year! Absolute joke. And then to change over for a new car is expensive! So not worth staying! The customer service you can tell they are only there for a pay check.
