Payed for car insurance online then rang them 30mins later to tell them I had put wrong starting date for insurance. They charged me £25 to cancel existing policy I submitted another online quote and payment with right date so I have sent two payments thought it was bad customer service to charge the £25 for honest mistake when they hadn’t even received my first payment yet so I’ve now submitted 2 payments and waiting for a partial refund from 1st didn’t think they would charge as hadn’t used any services within the first 14 days bad customer service experience
