The were about to cancel my insurance without contacting . The bank cancelled DD by mistake. Being away from home I had no idea. It was I who phone Express insurance to ask why the last installment had not been taken. They informed me the policy was about to be cancelled. They had written to me and would not text or email me. I could have possibly been driving without insurance. Poor service and irresponsible. Every part of this documentation is done on line so why not such an important notification like this. I will not return to Express in the future. .
