Absolutely awful company!! Someone hit my van, phoned construct a quote said they'd send me a claim form, three weeks later nothing! Phoned to chase, was put through to the insurer then just cut off. This happened twice. Finally got through and was told to contact the third party insurers myself!! Or, they could process the claim but I would have to pay my excess and they would 'try' to claim it back. I have NO faith in this company to even bother after my experience so far. If you are thinking of using Construct a Quote or the supposed insurer MarkerStudy then I would STRONGLY recommend you don't. My Personal experience....I have paid £600 to be told to do it myself! NEVER have I experience this from an insurer. They won't be getting my renewal. Abysmal!!!
