Thieving bastards, go to cancel my insurance and they are charging £400 for me to cancel where it clearly says £150 cancellation fee in the policy documents. Women was also really really rude on the phone omce I got talking to her after waiting on hold for 27 minutes. Totally regret going for this insirance even though it was the cheapest but I would never recommend carrot to anybody. The engineer who fitted the black box in also managed to remove the wiring for my heating sustem so I had to go fork out £40 for a mechanic to sorr that out. I told carrot and they said there's no proof. The cheek on these theiving scum decieves me.
