Everything went wrong.
4 Faulty Black Boxes later and now a month before my policy is up for renewal, they are constantly threatening me with policy cancellation, and have issued me with a 7 day cancellation notice despite the fact that it is the Faulty Black box that Theo has provided and THEO ACKNOWLEDGED THE FACT IT WAS FAULTY.
Spoken to the customer service on the phone and it was horribly dismissive, and borderline abusive.
So here we go Autosaint, ya ain't looking out for me at all.
