I found it really easy to get to speak with someone and the representatives I spoke to on each occasion were helpful and friendly. They gave me confidence. Your quote was very competitive and the options of policy terms and additional products was great. Mike was very knowledgeable, pleasant patient and thorough. What would make the experience even better would be to in the amount of information that the advisers have to give out verbally. This is far too much.
