The one gammon we have had was lovely - other in freezer. I like fat on bacon rashers but 3/4 fat is far too much at that price, surprised you despatched it. The delivery was a day earlier than notified (if my memory is correct). The Gammon said use by 19/12. I wanted to cook on 25th.
