Firstly I would like to congratulate you on your environmental and animal welfare standards. That said I am disappointed to find your products sealed in plastic, and although I want very much to find your products to be second to none, I have been underwhelmed generally.
I am happy to pay more for high welfare standards, but did not find the higher price reflected a higher quality in terms of flavour unfortunately.
