I ordered a gazebo which proved to be too big for our garden, as my lovely wife pointed out ...I asked Gazeboshop if I could replace it with a smaller version, even though I had unpacked the frame. They did so efficiently, offered a credit and delivered within hours. An exemplary service- good value, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. I now have my new office...I recommend them unreservedly.
