Awesome, awesome, awesome customer service sets Gatwick Car and Van apart from the rest (Of course the van was excellent and a lot cheaper than the big rental companies). What we really liked was fast responses to email queries, and always talking to a real person who was helpful and knowledgeable. Very flexible about airport shuttle pickups and dropoffs. Super fast process to collect the van and sign the forms online, plus they’d already taken photos of the vehicle condition to save time. Amazingly good to us when our van was damaged, nothing is a problem, they are extremely honest and trustworthy. I would honestly give them 6 stars if I could!!
