Shocking customer service! I realise we are living in unprecedented times but that does not mean that basic customer service should be affected. We ordered a gazebo knowing there would be a long lead time, upon contacting Garden Street after the expected re-stock date we were told it would be with us "soon". It randomly turned up with no warning and considering this was a 40kg item it would have been good to have actually received some indication of a delivery date.
Upon receipt one of the pieces was damaged and we contacted the telephone number immediately to be advised it would be dispatched either the same day or next day. We have now been waiting over a week for a replacement so our Gazebo is sat on our decking unable to be erected. Telephone number provided just goes to an answer machine and stock answer coming from Garden Street "things are running slowly". Looks like this company is shop front for many other businesses so they just pass the blame.
As a small business owner myself, I think it is abundantly clear that this company puts profits and sales ahead of customer retention. I would not recommend using this company.
